Abalimi works together with other NGO's, CBO's, Youth Groups, provincial and local government, and other organisations in order to maximise our delivery to our target group. Abalimi provides the link between the community, business and governmental departments in order to help facilitate effective and appropriate service delivery. 

Abalimi's Arbor Day celebration is the perfect example of partnerships in action! This tree distribution held at Kuyasa, a new housing development in Khayelitsha involved community members, the local SANCO, Municipality, the Dept of Water Affairs & Forestry, the Green Trust-WWF, two environmental youth groups, many individual Friends and donors and the Kuyasa Primary School as launch pad.

During Arbor Day about 1 800 trees were given away along with a bag of manure, a cup or organic fertilizer and a tree planting demonstration and instruction pamphlet.
